Y4 visited the Museum of Modern Art in Buenos Aires

Last Friday, Y4 students went to visit the Museum of Modern Art in Buenos Aires. During this visit, they had the opportunity to explore three art galleries titled “Pupila”, “Manifiesto verde” and “A 18 minutos del Sol”. 

These exhibitions are part of the programme “El arte, ese río interminable” which aims to showcase the power of the contemporary art scene in Argentina from the 1960s to the present.

During the visit, students were able to analyse different works of art and reflect on the intentions of the authors, the deeper meanings, and the resources implemented for their staging. To conclude, students participated in an art workshop where they put into practice all their knowledge about art and what they learned during the visit. 

Without a doubt, our little artists will continue navigating the waters of art, that endless river.

El viernes pasado, los alumnos de Y4 fueron a visitar el Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires. Durante esta visita, tuvieron la oportunidad de recorrer 3 galerías de arte tituladas “Pupila”, “Manifiesto verde” y “A 18 minutos del Sol”.

Estas exposiciones están enmarcadas dentro del Programa “El arte, ese río interminable”  que tiene como objetivo presentar la potencia de la escena del arte contemporáneo en la Argentina desde los años sesenta hasta la actualidad.

Durante la visita, los alumnos pudieron analizar diferentes obras de arte y reflexionar sobre las intenciones de los autores, los significados más profundos y los recursos implementados para su puesta en escena. Para finalizar, los alumnos participaron de un taller de arte donde pusieron en práctica todos sus conocimientos sobre el arte y lo aprendido durante la visita. 

Sin dudas, nuestros pequeños artistas seguirán navegando por las aguas del arte, ese río interminable.
