Pumas vs Australia
This Saturday, as a community, we supported the Pumas in their tough match against Australia. Although we left with a bitter taste after losing in the final minute, we took away the value of being present, supporting, and cheering with the school’s values: love for our country, sports and personal growth. The most important thing is to learn from each experience and move forward with a strong conviction.
The Pumas reached the third round of the Rugby Championship after a balanced series in their visit to New Zealand, which, for the team led by Felipe Contepomi, was no small feat. Defeating the All Blacks in the tournament debut was a crucial morale boost, although they were unable to repeat the feat in their second match and suffered a categorical defeat. Meanwhile, the Wallabies arrived after being defeated at home by the world champion, South Africa, who won deservedly. The Australians came to our country to play at Estadio Uno in La Plata, and the Argentinians knew they needed to prove they could replicate their debut performance, determinedly seeking a new victory.
Beyond the result, what matters is moving forward, building a future together and capitalising on the many lessons that come from losses.

Este sábado, como comunidad, acompañamos a los Pumas en su duro partido contra Australia. Aunque nos fuimos con un sabor amargo tras perder en el último minuto, nos llevamos el valor de la importancia de estar presentes, acompañar y alentar con los valores del colegio: amor por nuestro país, el deporte y la superación personal. Lo más importante es aprender de cada experiencia y seguir adelante con una convicción latente.
Los Pumas llegaron a la tercera fecha del Rugby Championship tras una serie equilibrada en su visita a Nueva Zelanda, lo cual, para el equipo dirigido por Felipe Contepomi, no fue poca cosa. Derrotar a los All Blacks en el debut del torneo fue un golpe anímico crucial, aunque en la segunda presentación no pudieron repetir la hazaña y cayeron categóricamente. Por su parte, los Wallabies llegaron tras ser derrotados en casa por el campeón del mundo, Sudáfrica, que los venció con justicia. Los australianos llegaron a nuestro país para jugar en el Estadio Uno de La Plata, y los argentinos sabían que necesitaban demostrar que podían repetir el rendimiento del debut, buscando con determinación un nuevo triunfo.
Más allá del resultado, lo importante es seguir adelante, construir un futuro juntos, y capitalizar los muchos aprendizajes que surgen de las derrotas.
