Ñandú Provincial Mathematics Olyimpics by OMA in Mar del Plata

From August 9th to 11th, Sumire Akiyama (Y5), Monty Chan (Y5), Lorenzo Anitori (Y6), Ignacio Cano (Y6), Juana Figueiras (Y6), Santiago Fuhr (Y6), Agustin Hourbeigt (Y6A), Juana Sofia Iribarren (Y6), Julia Mihura Rodriguez (Y6), Siena Maria Moore (Y6), Olivia Meyer (Y5), Santiago Ron (Y5), Theo Santa Cruz (Y5), Nicole Kaminsky Bush (Y6), Rufina Benitez Charriere (Y6), Juana Anitori (Y7), Tomás Kreszes (Y7), Matteo Benizio Deambrossi (Y7) and Matías Cots (Y7) participated in the Ñandú Provincial Mathematics Olyimpics by OMA in Mar del Plata from August 9th to 11th. These students qualified for the contest after passing the Zonal round of the Argentine Mathematics Olympiad – Ñandú.

Students attended NH Gran Hotel Provincial in Mar del Plata with their families and two members of the Primary and Secondary Staff. They took the exam alongside children from other schools in the area. Theo Santa Cruz (Y5 Nordelta) received a special mention during the award ceremony. Congratulations, Theo!

This experience was very valuable for everyone, and we want to congratulate our students for their enthusiasm and dedication. We are very proud!

Del 9 al 11 de agosto, Sumire Akiyama (Y5), Monty Chan (Y5), Lorenzo Anitori (Y6), Ignacio Cano (Y6), Juana Figueiras (Y6), Santiago Fuhr (Y6), Agustin Hourbeigt (Y6A), Juana Sofia Iribarren (Y6), Julia Mihura Rodriguez (Y6), Siena Maria Moore (Y6), Olivia Meyer (Y5), Santiago Ron (Y5), Theo Santa Cruz (Y5), Nicole Kaminsky Bush (Y6), Rufina Benitez Charriere (Y6) y Juana Anitori (Y7), Tomás Kreszes (Y7), Matteo Benizio Deambrossi (Y7) y Matías Cots (Y7) participaron del Certamen Provincial Ñandú de OMA en Mar del Plata. Los alumnos mencionados accedieron al certamen luego de aprobar la instancia Zonal de la Olimpíada Matemática Argentina-Ñandú.

Los alumnos asistieron a NH Gran Hotel Provincial de Mar del Plata junto con familiares y dos miembros del Staff de Primaria y Secundaria y rindieron su examen junto con niños de otros colegios de la zona. Theo Santa Cruz (Y5 Nordelta) recibió una mención especial en la entrega de premios. ¡Felicitaciones Theo!

Esta experiencia fue muy valiosa para todos y no queremos dejar de felicitar a nuestros estudiantes por su entusiasmo y compromiso. ¡Estamos muy orgullosos!
