Formative Football
The story of a formative football culture began at Northlands, where values and teamwork are the true protagonists. Here, fouls are not debated, and referees are not deceived; fair play is a constant, and leaders are those who understand that results come on their own when everything is given on the field, with dedication and solidarity. The journey will be long, but we have already started, breaking the inertia and taking a leading role in the change. To create a better world, we must build it today, not tomorrow. Thank you to everyone who has joined and believes in this project.
Y4 Girls
Number of participants: 24
Highlights: The fun and motivation they have for training, integrating with older girls without any issues.
Y5 Girls
Number of participants: 10
Highlights: Enthusiasm and willingness to participate in a different proposal.
Areas for improvement: The schedule excludes girls who play hockey at the club and want to attend.
Y6 Girls
Number of participants: 9
Highlights: Teamwork, as they adapted to activities with younger girls (Y4 and Y5), creating an inclusive environment. They created a fun atmosphere.
Areas for improvement: Notify earlier to help promote organization and increase attendance.
Y4 Boys
Number of participants: 12
Highlights: A shift began regarding the perception of football. Students started to understand that all team members play an important role, and that bringing out the best in my teammates comes from a positive and constructive approach.
Areas for improvement: We continue on the path that sports are not what is shown on TV; they can be played passionately without losing sight of values. We also need to focus less on numerical results and more on enjoying playing with friends.
Y5 Boys
Number of participants: 10
Highlights: Enjoyment of the game and a desire to improve.
Areas for improvement: Focusing solely on the result rather than the processes.
Y6 Boys
Number of participants: 7
Highlights: Students who used to focus on results became more attentive to others’ feelings, motivating and supporting those who needed more assistance.
Areas for improvement: Continue to involve and inspire other teammates.
Comenzó a escribirse la historia de un fútbol formativo en Northlands, donde los valores y el trabajo en equipo son los verdaderos protagonistas. Aquí, las faltas no se discuten ni se engaña al árbitro; el juego limpio es una constante, y los líderes son aquellos que entienden que los resultados llegan por sí solos cuando se da todo en la cancha, con entrega y solidaridad. El camino será largo, pero ya hemos comenzado, rompiendo la inercia y asumiendo un rol protagónico en el cambio. Para tener un mundo mejor, debemos construirlo hoy, no mañana. Gracias a todos los que se han sumado y apuestan por este proyecto.

Aspectos a destacar: la diversión y motivación que tienen para entrenar, el incorporarse a trabajar con niñas más grandes, sin ningún problema.
Y5 Girls
Cantidad de participantes: 10
Aspectos a destacar: entusiasmo y predisposición para participar de una propuesta diferente.
Áreas de mejora: el horario deja afuera a las chicas que juegan al hockey en el club y quieren venir.
Y6 Girls
Cantidad de participantes: 9
Aspectos a destacar: trabajar en equipo ya que se adaptaron a realizar actividades con niñas más pequeñas, (y4_y5) creando un ambiente inclusivo. Crearon un ambiente divertido.
Áreas de mejora: avisar con más tiempo para poder promover a que puedan organizarse y venir más Cantidad de niñas
Y4 Boys
Cantidad de participantes: 12
Aspectos a destacar: Se dio inicio a un cambio con respecto a la mirada que se tiene en el football. Los alumnos comenzaron a entender que todos los miembros del equipo cumplen un rol importante y que logro sacar lo mejor de mi compañero cuando mis sentencias hacia ellos es de manera positiva y constructiva.
Áreas de mejora: Seguimos por el camino que el deporte no es lo que se muestra en la tv sino que se puede jugar de forma apasionada sin perder de vista los valores. También tenemos que seguir trabajando en no hacer tanto foco en el resultado numérico y si más en el disfrutar por jugar entre amigos.

Áreas de mejora: Pensar únicamente en el resultado y no tanto en los procesos

Aspectos a destacar: Alumnos que solían colocar el foco en los resultados se mostraron más pendientes del sentir de los demás, motivando y colaborando a los que más acompañamiento necesitaban.
Áreas de mejora: Seguir sumando y contagiando a los demás compañeros.
