Eugenia Trinchinetti visited Northlands
With great enthusiasm, on Tuesday, August 27, we received a visit from Eugenia Trinchinetti, bronze medalist in hockey at the 2024 Olympic Games. Y4 Olivos welcomed her with high expectations, eager to get autographs, ask questions, touch her medal and hear firsthand about those Games. We then watched her showcase her skills, leaving us all amazed.
We are convinced that inspiring our children with athlete role models who not only demonstrate excellence in their sport but also convey fundamental values for a fulfilling life is key to their growth. Eugenia is an athlete who, as described by her grandmother Zulema, is transparent, simple, warm and humble. One of her grandmother’s wishes is for Eugenia to soar high and for those who watch her play to soar alongside her. This is also our humble goal with these talks: to awaken hearts, dreams, and hopes and to encourage the desire to take risks to achieve accomplishments, goals and personal growth.

Con gran entusiasmo, el martes 27 de agosto recibimos la visita de Eugenia Trinchinetti, medallista de bronce en hockey en los Juegos Olímpicos 2024. Y4 Olivos la esperó con gran expectativa, deseosos de obtener autógrafos, hacer preguntas, tocar su medalla, y conocer de primera mano cómo fueron esos Juegos. Luego, pudimos verla desplegar sus habilidades, dejándonos a todos asombrados.
Estamos convencidos de que inspirar a nuestros niños/as con modelos de deportistas que no solo demuestran excelencia en el deporte, sino que también transmiten valores fundamentales para una vida plena, es clave para su crecimiento. Eugenia es una deportista que, tal como la describe su abuela Zulema, es transparente, sencilla, cálida y humilde.
Uno de los deseos de su abuela es que Eugenia vuele alto y que quienes la vean jugar, vuelen junto a ella. Este es también nuestro humilde objetivo con estas charlas: despertar corazones, sueños, ilusiones, y fomentar el deseo de arriesgarse para alcanzar logros, metas y la superación personal.
