💙 We foster Friendship and Service! – Friendship Gatherings in Olivos Primary 🤝

In line with our school motto, Friendship & Service, students in Primary have taken part in special Friendship Gatherings during the first part of the year. These events are carefully designed to help build stronger bonds, get to know one another better as a year group, and continue nurturing our sense of community.
Each gathering, framed within our Personal and Social Education (PSE) Programme, had specific aims depending on the year level. In Year 1, the focus was on group integration, teamwork skills and emotional awareness. In Year 2, children worked on key social skills such as active listening, cooperation and group decision-making, while continuing to reflect and strengthen their sense of belonging.
A wonderful opportunity to grow together and continue learning how to live, play and learn as a team! 🧩 💬

Atentos a nuestro lema del colegio, Friendship & Service, durante esta primera parte del año, nuestros estudiantes de Primaria participaron en distintas jornadas de Friendship Gatherings. Estos espacios son especialmente diseñados para fortalecer vínculos, conocerse mejor como camada y seguir construyendo comunidad.
Cada encuentro, enmarcado en el Programa de Educación Personal y Social (PSE), tuvo objetivos específicos según el grupo. En Year 1, se promovió la integración grupal, el desarrollo de habilidades para el trabajo en equipo y la conciencia emocional; en Year 2, se reforzaron habilidades sociales como la escucha activa, la cooperación y la toma de decisiones en grupo, además de seguir fortalecieno la integración y la reflexión.
