Y6 La Lucena

Last week, Y6 students travelled to Córdoba and spent 5 days at La Lucena complex. During this study trip, students delved into the world of nature and sustainability. This experience led them to explore different axes, such as the art of listening, the art of observing, the art of asking, and the art of connecting. In their logbook, students recorded their knowledge and reflections. They learned to identify native plants, analyse river pollution, and reflected on the importance of nature, the water cycle, and much more. Additionally, they learned to embrace silence and listen to the beautiful sounds of nature.

We appreciate the entire teaching team that accompanied the students during this trip and La Lucena team that welcomed them. Without a doubt, the trip was a wonderful experience!

La semana pasada, los alumnos de Y6 viajaron a Córdoba y pasaron 5 días en el complejo de La Lucena. Durante este viaje de estudios, los alumnos se adentraron en el mundo de la naturaleza y la sustentabilidad. Esta experiencia los llevó a explorar diferentes ejes, como el arte de escuchar, el arte de observar, el arte de preguntar y el arte de conectar. En su bitácora, los alumnos fueron registrando los conocimientos y sus reflexiones. Aprendieron a identificar plantas nativas, a analizar la contaminación de los ríos y reflexionaron sobre la importancia de la naturaleza, el ciclo del agua y mucho más. Asimismo, aprendieron a hacer un zero y permitirse estar en silencio, escuchando los hermosos sonidos de la naturaleza. 

Agradecemos a todo el equipo docente que acompañó a los alumnos durante este viaje y al equipo de La Lucena que los recibió. Sin dudas, ¡el viaje fue una experiencia maravillosa!
